Joe Berlinger’s Emmy-nominated "Under African Skies," which follows Paul Simon’s emotional journey back to South Africa in 2011, and unfolds into a musical portrait of the creation and significance of the album Graceland, has won an Emmy for Outstanding Sound Mixing For Nonfiction Programming. The film also was nominated for Outstanding Nonfiction Special and Outstanding Sound Editing For Nonfiction Programming.
